2 years of regular use
I train frequently on Squats, Lunges, etc…These knee sleeves have changed my legs drastically. I have a slight issue with my right knee, patellar tracking (subtle knee cap shifting). As you know, that’s completely unacceptable when under heavy load, especially regularly. My upper body outpaced my lower body growth until I bought a pair of these. The compression keeps the knee in place, and I highly appreciate the durability and quality of the item. I just bought another pair.Two lessons:1. Do not hit your knee to ground on lunges, as it will compress the fibers of the sleeve, leading to damage.2. Do not dry the knee sleeves in the dryer, always choose air dry.

These knee sleeves are a game changer for anyone who is serious about weightlifting. These sleeves provide amazing support and stability to my knees during heavy squats, deadlifts (as those are the only exercises that I use it for). I’ve noticed a significant difference in my performance and a huge decrease in knee pain.The fit is perfect, and they provide just the right amount of support. The material feels durable and comfortable. They’re mostly true to size, but I think that you should buy with your weight goals in mind (smaller size if you plan to lose weight and larger size if you plan to gain weight).I’ve been using these sleeves for a few months now, and they’ve held up extremely well. No slipping or bunching during my workouts, and I feel more confident when pushing my limits.

Update: I love these compression sleeves so much that I just purchased the exact pair I originally purchased (size M) that were too small, and had returned, because after losing 60 lbs the size L was now too big! I use them for not only my daily incline walk, but also for Zumba with all of the knee work. These are definitely pricey, but in my opinion they are so worth it! In fact, I’m getting ready to purchase elbow sleeves from GymReaper as well. Cannot recommend enough for anyone who struggles with knee pain while walking/jogging/dancing!Original review: Oh my goodness! I had another pair of compression sleeves for my knees that I’ve used for a few years and they’ve worked fine. But I started losing weight about 5 months ago and after 40 lbs down the old ones were getting loose. These were much higher priced but had great reviews. Someone said to size down and that was a mistake. I had to return and get a large. Tried them for the first time today during my incline workout and they are amazing! I will never use another kind! My knees weren’t sore at all after 45 minutes on an incline and I even felt like I could run again (although I don’t want to risk it). I highly recommend for anyone with knee pain. Such a great investment and I plan on using them again later for my strength workout. Get them!

As mentioned in original review love the sleeves just look at for the stitching. ORIGINAL: Pretty Dissapointed. I just received my Gymreapers knee sleeve’s and first workout with them was great. Loved the fit and the support. Unfortunately, 2nd workout wearing them and I noticed one of the sleeves stitching has began to rip. I hate to leave a bad review but this investment really let me down. Beware for anyone looking for some sleeves, might want to look into another brand.
