Product description

Do not determine the size of your gym belt based on your general waist measurement. Instead, measure the circumference at the specific location where you will wear the belt, which is generally around the navel or slightly above it. If your waist measurement falls between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger one
These weightlifting belts are made from heavy duty nylon to provide better flexibility than traditional leather. Thick padding protects your skin and stomach from the belt edges rubbing as you lift
We’ve reinforced the stitching of our weightlifting belt to increase its durability, so you can focus on your workout without any worries. The breathable fabric will bring you a comfortable and cool workout experience
This exercise belt is suitable for both men and women, can provide firm and comfortable lumbar support in any intensity training, reduce spinal curvature, bring more security and self-confidence. Our belt promotes optimal core stability by creating consistent intra-abdominal pressure, allowing you to lift more weight safely
The adjustable Velcro of the weight belt for men and women provide security that the belt will never wear down or fail while working out

Excellent belt for the price!
This Dewear Weight Lifting Belt is comfortable and does a nice job of supporting you while you lift. The velcro gives you a lot of flexibility in sizing. The velcro also holds very well. It is not that the sizing was not accurate, but I would probably err on the side of going up one size more if I were to reorder. That way, you have more velcro overlap to ensure the belt is secure. It seems well made, with good stitching. It is light to carry around if you were transporting it in your gym bag. The pricing is very good for this belt.

Great weightlifting belt
I’ve owned multiple lifting belts, leather (which works well but if your stomach is between sizes it can be hard if not impossible to get to the next belt notches, leaving too much space and ruining the bracing effect. So much easier pulling the strap then locking into the velcro , Being able to setup so fast gives me that extra mental push ,tighten the belt quick, then grip it and rip it.Pros:1- The material is comfortable and feels and looks will made(heavy duty stitching).2- The buckle is super easy to adjust to get the exact tightness you want/need quickly for perfect support.3- The Velcro locks in the tension tightly4- Comfortable, no digging during exercises (Deadlifts,etc)5- Nice color selection (I got the green)Bottom line:It’s a solid weightlifting belt that gives great bracing/support for lifting and it’s much lower priced than a similar belt I have (E26) that has a double buckle locking design and this one is definitely comparable in quality and easier to fasten and stays locked just as well, if I’d only found this one before spending much more on the E26. For me its like most medicines , the big name brands are bottled in the same building as the generic brands but they both work equally well, only the generic is much more affordable) feels like the same possibility with this belt) I haven’t had it long but after using it, it feels great, perfect support, Affordable, easy on/off , will update if my opinion changes after prolonged use. As of now definitely Recommended.

Almost as good as my leather belt
I’ve been hitting the gym since I was 14 and I have had my membership since 1979. In my storage up north, I have my leather belt. I love my leather belt for when I do hardcore weightlifting. Unfortunately, it’s still up north and I’m down south. So, I got this nylon belt. For the most part, it works great. I think with could be a little wider in back and the velcro does slip a little, requiring several re-adjustments during use. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to live up to my leather belt. So, I thin this belt is perfect for the price and a good value. The belt is certainly easy to use and re-adjust, having velcro on it. And it is holding up nicely, so the belt is pretty durable. The belt fits easily, since it’s adjustable and does offer some pain relief on some of my leg, shoulder and back exercises. I do expect the velcro to slip more in the future, which tends to be common with these belts. But it should last a long enough time to make it competitive with a professional belt.

Excellent Support with Comfortable Fit – Great for Heavy Lifting
This weight lifting belt delivers impressive lumbar support without compromising comfort or mobility. I used it during my deadlift sessions and immediately noticed a reduction in lower back strain, which had been an issue for me when lifting heavier weights. The belt is lightweight yet durable, offering just the right balance of sturdiness and flexibility.I purchased a size L; with a 33″ waist and a slightly larger midsection, I had about 2–3 inches of Velcro to secure the belt. It fit well, but those with a larger waist may want to consider sizing up for a more secure fit. Don’t make the same mistake I did and go off pants size. Follow the instructions in the pictures of the listing and properly measure yourself. It would’ve been a better fit for me if I got the XL but I guess I can use this as motivation to lose some belly fat. The Velcro is strong and held up throughout my workout—though on one set, it partially came undone, which I quickly resolved by re-securing it more tightly. After that, it stayed firmly in place. One thing to note: the Velcro is loud when unlatching, but that’s a small trade-off for the reliable support it provides and no one isn’t really going to care anyways. Overall, this is a great belt for anyone looking to improve stability and protect their lower back during lifts.
