UPDATE:Just purchased my 2nd pair and as the first they really do the job. One thing this time though my measurement was right on the cutoff line between small and medium. I first purchased the med and they were fine but not quite as snug as I wanted.. This time went for small and they are nice and snug and work perfectly. Seems like everything I buy I am on a size cutoff line.I have had knee braces and sleeves most of my life for sports and other activities and I am 74 now and still very active. Osteoarthritis can be very painful and unforgiving at times and the old knees need some help. These appear to be a quality product and am very happy with them especially for he price. When needed I use for biking and walking (hiking) and sometimes just during the day for comfort. One thing I must mention and this would be true with any sleeve of this type and that is the sizing. My measurements 4 inches above the knee (17 1/4) are right at the cut off line between the highest for small and lowest for medium. Since I have never gotten anything that said small I went for the medium and glad I did. These are perfectly comfortable with good but not super compression. I really don’t want any more compression as I know that may be a little tight and begin to cut off circulation. I also have some braces that use velcro straps to tighten and if I really wanted more compression I would use those but for longer wear times these sleeves seem to work just fine. Haven’t washed yet so not sure how they will hold up. Finally, really like the anti slip substance they use to keep in place. Would buy again.

Quality Product–Ultra Flex Knee Sleeve
I am suffering from a knee injury of unknown origin. After using a reinforced knee brace for a few days to get me through the most painful period, I wanted something more flexible that would allow more freedom of movement yet still provide some knee support for walking, exercising, golf, etc. I purchased the Ultra Flex knee sleeve based on the high product recommendations from other users and was very pleased with the item. It is very flexible, yet supportive, and it is reasonably comfortable. It appears to be well constructed with quality materials, so I think it will last a long time. I have not had any problems with the sleeve riding up or down on my leg because there are two squiggly silicone lines applied on the inside of the sleeve at the top to keep it in place.This might assist those who are trying to determine which size to order: I originally ordered the size small based on the measurement recommendation on the size chart (my leg is 16 1/2 inches around at the point 4 inches above the knee). The compression in the knee area was great, but the fit at the thigh level was pretty tight and left somewhat of a bulge at my thigh (muffin top). At first it seemed too constrictive but I eventually got used to it. There was great follow up from the company, and I had the opportunity to try the size medium to see if the fit was less constrictive at the upper thigh. However, the medium was actually too large for me and didn’t provide the same level of support I desired so I am going back to the size small. The bottom line is that you are probably best off to follow the size recommendations of the manufacturer for the best support and performance.Overall, I am very pleased with the product and had an excellent experience with this company. They go above and beyond and offer outstanding customer service and product warranty.
