As a female, 5’2”, weighing 130 lbs, I found this belt to be excellent for when I am lifting heavy weights. I ordered a medium to ensure it would not be tight, and it was a perfect fit. There is no padding at the back of the belt however this was not an issue for me. I did not experience any gaps or loose space at any point around the belt nor did I encounter any pinching around my waist or abdomen during my workouts. The stitching is great and appears to be sturdy as well. The weight of the belt is solid and although it is not incredibly heavy it will provide, I believe, the necessary support required. I also want to mention the belt is not soft but rather hard and thick, however I also believe this will equate to it’s durability. is genuine leather, and provided excellent support to my back. The width was substantial and the hardware is incredibly sturdy. I felt the overall quality of the belt was substantial and I do believe it will last me for many years. As it is leather I believe it will take time for me to break the belt in, however overall I was very pleased with the belt’s ability to adequately support me while doing squats, deadlifts and other strength training exercises. Although I do have another weightlifting belt I will get plenty of use from this belt as well. It does not come with a carrying bag but was rolled up in a canister. I was surprised to see it packaged this way however the canister does depict a person lifting a barbell while wearing the belt along with the name of the company. I apologize for not including a picture of the canister it came in however my son is already using it to store his toy cars. The advertisement states to use a tape measure to choose the size belt that will best fit you. I made a guess as I was not sure if the medium or small would fit however again, the medium fit me well. I could have ordered a small however I am satisfied with the size I ordered.

Gym-Quality Support That Will Last for Years
This belt exceeded my expectations. It arrived in a metal storage tin (fun surprise!), and the leather is looks thick, sturdy, and clearly built to last. The stitching is tight and clean with no loose threads. The quality coincides with the price – but still affordable.I ordered a medium for my 32-inch waist, and it fits well with several holes above and below my usual setting, so there’s plenty of room to adjust depending on the lift. The back and core protection and support feels fantastic during heavy workouts. A truly solid belt for anyone serious about strength training.

Don’t be fooled by price, this is absolutely a professional quality lifting belt.
This is absolutely a professional quality lifting belt, made of good sturdy leather. The material is advertised at 6mm thick, or about a quarter inch, and measures as advertised.It’s hard to find a belt that fits me, I’m a fairly large guy and most “XXL” belts are either too bulky, or the adjustment range isn’t suitable for me. This product fits me nicely, with a little room to spare. The adjustment range allows it to fit snugly on me, and the back flare is cut appropriately and does not cause any pinching on me.The leather is quite stiff to begin with, but that is fairly normal for good leather of this thickness. It appears to be made of 2 separate laminate pieces of leather formed together, a thinner outside and a thick sturdy center, as well as an inner liner to improve comfort. It is real leather and appears to have been processed well. The stitching is well done and of high quality, and encircles the entire device in several rows ensuring long life without degrading. The hardware is very sturdy, and it has a double pin buckle to spread the load. I have no doubts it will last a long time.The price point is comparable to other ‘middle weight’ belts found elsewhere on Amazon, however I strongly doubt you will find another of this quality for a similar price. For the money, I think this belt is an excellent value and would not hesitate to purchase again if needed.
