The TRIDEER Stetching Strap is sturdy, comfortable, and easy to use!
The TRIDEER Stretching Strap is sturdy, comfortable, and easy to use daily to stretch out your muscles. It comes with a convenient storage bag. I’m currently using it to assist with my PT exercises for a sprained ankle. After my rehab I plan to continue using it as part of a warm up regimen to stretch before using my treadmill and/or stationary bike. The numbers on the strap help to track your progress. It is the perfect length for all of your stetching needs. It is very well constructed and a good value for the price.

Good quality and easy to use.
A solid belt, not stretchy in itself. The 8 loops sewn into it are its distinguishing factor. They do make gripping the belt easier. Comes with a nice printed sheet with basic exercise photos and instructions although I don’t follow that much.

thinner than I had hoped
strong but was kind of expecting it to be wider than it is. Thought it would be seat belt width like the one I used in actual physical therapy. good product just wish it was wider….it would feel better in use if it was.

Similar to the multi-loop strap my physical therapist has me use in PT sessions, this is great for me to do the exercises at home.

recently received this item but it seems to be a high quality; m 2nd order came with a travel mesh, an oversized color cloth poster and an exercise booklet that fits in the travel mesh.

Absolutely love this thing! So awesome for stretching those areas where you need some resistance. Very functional with the grip on the straps. Less slipping than other straps. Highly recommend.
