Very comfortable and provides strong support for higher impact activities. Fit and feel of fabric is high quality. True to size. This is my go to athletic bra before others. Great price point too!

Really like this sports bra. It’s comfortable, fits well, and I prefer the molded cups over the pad inserts. My only complaint is where the fabric is sewn together in the back. The lump of material can be uncomfortable when doing exercises where your upper back is pressed against the floor. Not a deal breaker though.

I am typically not a fan of bras without some kind of closure (zipper, hook, etc.) However, this brand has become an exception. Here’s why:EASE OF USE – The band around the bust is tight enough to be supportive and not move around, but stretchy enough to get over the girls (and I have big swimmer shoulders too). So far, I’ve never had that “oh my, I’m stuck in my bra” moment when getting it on/off. 🙂 However, if you have shoulder mobility issues, it would definitely be a bit tricky.SUPPORT – I did a hard, sweaty bike ride and then ran a few miles off the bike was totally fine. Not bothered by bounce. No chafing. Very comfortable throughout.SIZE CHART – I was split between L and XL per the chart. I am a 36C/38B or 38″ Chest measurement with larger swimmer shoulders. I ordered Large (36C), but according to the size chart I could have also ordered XL (38B). I feel it would have been too big and not supportive enough if I went with the recommended XL, but it is a bit more difficult to get on/off due the smaller band I chose… pick your poison. 🙂 I typically wear a L in this brand and glad I trusted my gut to stick with that, as I picked support over ease of on/off for the high intensity workouts.)PADS – light padding (so does not add bulk up top) but helps with support. Plus, they are sewn in so you don’t have to worry about them shifting around!COLOR – I got the Deep Red and it is beautiful! I’m so happy they expanded their color palette so I could get more fun colors!QUALITY – The material is nice and looks as if it is well sewn. I do not anticipate any issues with durability coming up. If it does, I will update this review. If no update, you can assume it is sufficient, I am still very happy with this bra and would highly recommend!

5’6” 140lbs. Somewhere around a 34B. Ordered a size large in pink and I usually wear a size large in sports bras so they aren’t too constricting around my rib cage. Fit consistent with other size large bras I own from this brand.I love Running Girl sports bras, they are the best I’ve ever tried and this particular bra is just as good as the others I have purchased. I love the sewn in padding. Finally, someone picked a side and committed! Padding, no padding, both are fine, but unsewn padding is just a wad of annoyance.Here are a few things I love about this bra: the arms don’t chafe, great support, it doesn’t make you look like you one giant monoboob, it washes like a dream, I even put it in the dryer and it came out great. The only thing I don’t love about this bra is the y back, but that’s more of a personal preference.Simply the best sports bra brand I’ve tried and this bra in particular is my second favorite from their line.

Good medium-impact sports bra
I got the Large size and it is not meant for high-impact sports. I am using it for kickboxing and I consider that a high-impact sport. The bra still offers good support regardless. I also love the sewn-in cups which makes it easier to put on or take off without worrying about folding the removable pads and doing that awkward shuffling of pads inside the bra.Pros:Good hold and support for medium impactFits great with molded cupsStretchy enough for easy wear and removalRelatively inexpensiveHolds up after multiple washesCons:Not high impact – so not enough compression
