Great Compression Shirt for Workouts
Excellent sizing and feel. I use compression shirts as under layer workout shirts. I sweat a fair bit during my heavy lifting days and use these types of shirts to offset some of the wetness that occurs when I’m getting after it. The material feels good. It’s a lighter layer so I wouldn’t recommend for a strong thermal layer – this is more breathable and stretches well. I love the length, which is why I opted for an XXL. Some of these other brands with similar shirts aren’t long and I’m not thin so I need that length to keep from my belly and low back from drifting out into the public eye. FYI I’m 6’2” and curvy at the moment and the shirt can sit just below my waist at a stand still. I would have tried an XL but the length was the big deal for me. I’d rather has a slightly looser fit than deal with a shorter fit.

Not heavy duty compression.
I think it’s important that we get something straight about these shirts you’re not going to get high-level brand-name compression at $13 per shirt. These are a good base layer underneath maybe a zip up or a baggier shirt. The UA brand and the Swoosh brand put out a much heavier almost “I can’t breathe in this” level compression… That is NOT this shirt.So in the end it really depends on what you are looking for. If you’re just looking for a nice form-fitting base layer this is it. Compression not really not so much.Also I ordered a medium and a large as I wasn’t really sure as the level of compression they fit the exact same. As pictured as other people have mentioned the neck is very wide which I like I have tactile OCD and I don’t like when things touch my neck so this works out really well for me but there is really a wide neck spread. I have a very muscular build I’m not bragging I’m just trying to put it out there to help with the consumers. Thick neck will stretch the neck out even further but what’s nice is you don’t have to worry about bacon neck.As a point of reference I am 5’6 200. I would say I run about maybe 15% body fat and am 49 years old. (Picture a short Dwayne Johnson lol)And yes I will be buying more!
