Great for support and comfort!
I ordered these sandals out of curiosity to help with my plantar fasciitis, and I’m glad I did. I love the vanilla-white color combo and the slight platform for extra height. The two insoles are easy to swap — the orange one is firmer for workouts, while the comfort insole is softer for daily wear. They’re waterproof, easy to clean, and have great traction. The workout sole can feel a bit stiff if you have low arches, but overall these are supportive and versatile sandals for everyday use.

Amazing Comfort and Support – Perfect for Flat Feet!
I absolutely love these ACIKI Recovery Sandals! The comfort level is incredible they provide excellent arch support and help relieve heel and back pain after long days on my feet. They work perfectly for my flat feet, giving me the right balance and cushioning I need. The two replaceable insoles are a great bonus, allowing me to adjust the feel depending on the activity. They’re lightweight, easy to slip on, and perfect for both daily wear and post-workout recovery. My feet feel relaxed and supported every time I wear them. Definitely worth every penny!

They’re different sizes
1st off, the strap, the part that goes over the top of your foot, are different sizes. One isn’t as tall and so the foot doesn’t really slide in well and when you force it in, it hurts.2nd, the “recovery” insert, the orange one, hurts so bad you won’t even walk 2 feet before taking them off while yelling exploitative words. Think about the spiked foot rollers, now try to walk on them.Other than that, they’re great. Oh wait, even with the daily insert, tan color, you’ll sound life a dog squeaky toy walking.I wanted to love these because nobody else seems to make a wide slide that’s good for recovery or foot issues, but these are not the ones.

So confused
I wanted to love these shoes so much since I struggle with foot pain from high arch and rarely can find shoes that accommodate my foot. They are definitely platform and not meant to be very stylish, which is ok with me since I planned to wear them mostly around the house. The tan insole was ok. It seemed to need some breaking in as it did not conform to my foot or feel very cushiony. It was more of like standing on a piece of plastic that was slightly flexible. The orange insoles are terrible for my foot at least. The knobby design had ridges and raised areas that seemed to be put there to purposely cause horrible discomfort. I tried repositioning them and even took them out of the shoe and stood on them to see if it was just how I was putting my foot in the shoe, but nothing helped. It felt like standing on rocks but in sensitive pressure point areas of your foot that made walking unbearable. They are dubbed “recovery shoes” but I only needed more recovery after standing on that. It’s not really possible to wear them without the insoles because they have spots for the insoles to “click” into place. I gave them 3 stars because they are very squishy on the top of the foot and the shape of the sole is meant to give you some exercise even when just walking normally. However, the pain was confusing and I am not able to wear them for long even with the tan insole. Maybe this will change as I break them in.

Unique “recovery” sandals with 2 sets of insoles: one has stimulating points & one is super cushiony
Aciki Recovery Sandals with 2 Replaceable Insoles – 2025 Arch Support Slippers for Men & Women, Orthopedic Open-Toe Walking Shoes for Plantar Fasciitis, Heel & Back Pain Relief, Sports & Daily Wear—I previously reviewed a very similar pair of Aciki Recovery Sandals. I ordered this pair because they are now available in a color I preferred (silver). I don’t think there’s been any other changes in the styling. I liked almost everything about them before, and still do, but there are a few points where they could be improved in my opinion. These are not your usual “recovery” footwear! The two sets of insoles are unique, to my knowledge. The bright orange insoles are for active “recovery” from foot stressing activities. They are made of firm foam and appear to have been designed by an expert in foot torture—like nail beds for your soles. But, it’s “good pain! The instructions suggest wearing these insoles (presumably while walking) for 15-20 minutes after a workout. I was only able to tolerate about 5 minutes the first time, but I have nerve damage in my left sole that makes the pain more acute. The “recovery” insoles are made of firm foam, each with six “points” like little mountains that rise up from the insole under the big toes, the balls of the feet and the heel. The reflexology-like stimulation from these points gave me chills up my spine. The other pair of insoles is called “Daily Reset” and is meant for more extended wear. Like in the recovery insoles, the foam in these insoles is also super thick, but with a cushiony give. They have raised contours in places that feel good on tired feet, but no stimulating “points”. These may be the most comfy insoles I’ve every worn, even more so than my more expensive brand recovery slides. The sizing on these is a little generous. I ordered a Women’s 11-12. They are only available in Wide. I have a normal width foot, so this may account for the extra roominess. The main wish I have for these is for more room at the front of the instep, over the top of the first MTP joint (base of the big toe). They are tight on my feet at this spot and the front edge of the vamp rubs. I hope my feet will adapt, or perhaps the rubber will stretch in this spot. But, if the makers want to improve these shoes, I think the amount of foam in the insoles is generous enough that decreasing its thickness in the front part would decrease rubbing from the uppers without compromising the cushioning.A thing to keep in mind if you have balance issues is that squishy insoles, especially in sandals like this without much external structure, don’t provide much stability when walking. If you feel unsteady without a solid surface under your feet, these might not be good for you, at least for doing much walking. Perhaps you could still benefit from the pampering insoles for shorter periods around the house, but use caution if you feel unstable.

OMG! Love 💛
Love these! I’m a size 8.5 woman with a wide foot and high arch. These are a bit large, but I wear them with socks. They’re SO comfortable. They have fantastic arch support and are lightweight. I do feel like a duck in them, but you can’t beat the comfort. LOL I’m one of those people who prefer walking on the sand at the beach barefoot because it feels wonderfully therapeutic. These sandals are second-best to that feeling. So, let’s quack quack and get your comfort on as if you’re walking on the beach sand!
