These lasted for four college baseball seasons. Lasted longer than what I thought. Great quality.

Left my back feeling much stronger.
I chose the 18 inch size. I did wing exercise with it, then I placed it horizontal and did various rolls with my back. Left me feeling I strengthened my back and intend to add this to Pilates workout. I have a gym in my bedroom right now. I prefer this to belonging to a gym. Good product.

Not quite small enough to fit my duffel bag, but the dimensions were stated – my bad for not measuring my duffel bag. Still I carried/used it on recent vacation. Don’t know if anything smaller would have worked. Maybe a little too firm for my use – a personal thing there. Bill

Very Dense Exercise or Physical Therapy Roller
Be aware that this product is VERY dense, despite being light-weight. It is quite thick and solid, making it difficult to perform physical therapy exercises when you lie on top of it and try to roll your body back and forth while lying on your back facing the ceiling.

Does Exactly what you expect
Great product, light weight, seems rather durable. Not only do both my wife and I enjoy it but my kids use it as well and love it. Would recommend getting it.
