Sturdy Stretch Strap
This stretch strap is good for just about any kind of stretching (static or dynamic). It’s well made so it won’t tare easily. I’ve done several back-bend stretches by connecting it to a hook on my wall and it does what it’s ment to do. Very good choice for flexibility work

I really enjoy this because it is very sturdy, well made and pretty. I am able to stretch better than using resistance bands or other straps. I like the multiple handles too.

They definitely do the job. I’ve been suffering with gluteal tendinopathy and I need help holding long stretches. These are great for that; comfortable to use, work well, have enough loops for various stretch extensions.

Great for pre-exercise stretches.
Very happy with product… I use Oak-Sports strap in my physical therapy program at a professional office.Wanted to get the same. However, there are some differences.This strap is made of a slightly soften shinny material and is 1 1/2″ wide. What I use at the professional office is a slightly harder more cotton like fabric. I prefer this fabric; it has a nice smooth shine that makes it a little softer in the hand and very pretty too. I actually would have liked the 1″ size that I use there more but wider does grip nicely also. The loops are a good size and total # and length will suite all my needs.
