Great quality product
These are my first gym straps and they’re super comfortable, easy to put on and take off. Sturdy and good quality. Great size to put in my mini gym bag. They help with lifting heavier dumbbells (30+lbs) for upper body days and heavy barbells (90+lbs) on leg day!

Better than versa grips!
I got a size small. I wear an Apple Watch wrist band small so I used that with my sizing. The straps for adjusting around your wrist are pretty long so I wrap it tight which fits well. I love the material it feels durable and comfortable. I used to have versa grips and the one thing I didn’t like about them was that the part that wraps around the weight was too short. These are longer and wrap better. I also like the padding at the end. They are super light and fit in my gym bag great. Also, you can’t pass up the great price for how well made these are.

Good Grip and Durability, But Wrist Curve Is Uncomfortable
These lifting straps have great potential—they’re built tough and help you maintain your grip during heavy lifts. But the curved design around the wrist unfortunately makes them uncomfortable for longer sessions.🧲 Solid Grip Support for Deadlifts and RowsThe double leather padding and owhide surface (page 1) give a really secure grip on the barbell, especially for pull movements. I felt much more confident during heavy sets without worrying about grip fatigue.🧵 Durable Materials and Secure FitThese straps are definitely well-made. The stitching and reinforced areas hold up under pressure, and the Velcro strap stays tight even during high-volume workouts. They’re designed for heavy lifting and it shows in the construction.⚠️ Main Drawback: Curved Wrist PieceMy biggest issue is the curved leather portion that wraps around the wrist. While it’s designed for support, I found it dug into my wrist and limited comfort—especially during longer sets or when using it for pushing exercises. The shape just doesn’t sit flush like a flat strap would.📐 May Not Suit All Wrist SizesAs shown on page 3, the product has a fixed shape with two gripping styles. However, because the leather curves stiffly, it might not adjust well to all wrist sizes. Others with smaller or thinner wrists may find the curve even more intrusive.✅ Pros:Strong, anti-slip grip for heavy liftsDurable stitching and thick leatherTwo versatile grip methods❌ Cons:Curved wrist piece causes discomfort over timeNot ideal for smaller wrists or longer workoutsOverall:If you’re looking for a heavy-duty grip tool and don’t mind some wrist bulk, these could work. But the curved strap design wasn’t the most ergonomic for me. I’d recommend them for short sessions or heavier pulls—not all-day use.

Great lifting wraps
I love these things they work great for heavy pull days and the leather pad is massive which is great since I have big hands
