A+ for comfort, not meant for warmth
TL;DR – insanely comfortable pants well-suited to wear around the house and outdoors as long as it isn’t too cold; they are extremely thin and won’t offer much warmth but I cannot say anything negative about this purchase; worth buying a backup pair for when I wear the . . . pants . . .off of these pants! One evening last month I put on a pair of warmup pants — THE warmup pants, I had no other — and realized they weren’t all that new when Pope JPII was alive, and the elasticity was gone completely, and there was too much pant material for my frame, and maybe I should retire these. They were fairly heavy, but I live in a sub-tropical climate and hardly ever need anything so heavy. So I bought these because they were rated well and inexpensive compared to other known brands and I was not going to be hassled by the thousands of off-brand options, all of which I regard as a gamble at best and a hassle at worstI am very pleased with my purchase. For context, I am 6’0”, between 160 and 165 lbs depending on the day, and could reasonably be described as long-legged but not drastically so.Size: I bought medium, and they fit me perfectly. Take my height and weight into account in deciding your size. They even might run a hair long, but that could be due to how they sit at my waist.Style: I wear these in and around the house, and need only impress my dog, so these were simple and basic enough that I didn’t much care how they look, but the photos are accurate.Comfort: I have achieved maximum comfort permitted by natural pants law, and wear these at all times until I go out during the day, and from after I get home and dress down.Material: The material is very thin and lightweight. I don’t think I would want to be outdoors in temperatures below 60° F for long in these, but that’s not of much concern to me. If you have cooler temperatures often enough and want something to wear outside, this is not the right option. If this description matches your need, you cannot go wrong with these!

Practicality and Comfort for the Terrestrial Explorer
In a world increasingly captivated by the extraordinary, there remains a quiet satisfaction in garments that serve their function with reliability and efficiency. The Hanes Sport Training Pant exemplifies this principle. Crafted from soft yet durable material, these pants accommodate movement with ease, whether one is traversing the gymnasium, the jogging track, or the uneven terrain of an everyday urban landscape. Their design is unpretentious, yet thoughtfully executed: elastic waistbands provide security, pockets offer utility, and the fit allows for both comfort and performance. There are minor limitations. The material, while generally resilient, can sometimes cling in less-than-ideal conditions, and the style is straightforward rather than visionary. Yet these are trivial when weighed against the overall utility.Four stars for a product that, much like a well-engineered spacecraft, fulfills its intended mission with quiet competence. For anyone seeking dependable, comfortable, and versatile athletic wear, the Hanes Sport Training Pant remains a practical choice—reliable, efficient, and subtly comforting in a complex world.

Super comfortable
These are thin and extremely comfortable, I have no issues wearing them to the gym and around in 100 degree weather. I don’t plan to wear them in the cold though.

Pants length comically long
The pants (L) are absurdly long, I’ve never gotten track pants so off in length. Waist fit is fine, comfort is fine but thin. Probably going to use as lounging indoors pants, but nothing more

Great lightweight lounging around pants.
Lightweight, soft, great fit, and pockets. Great for excercising, jogging, or just lounging around.

If you have live calves don’t bother them
Not bad fit except for the legs down the bottom of the leg is very tight with the elastic how do they not feel cool

The Good The Bad The Ugly
I have bought several of these over the past few years and as with anything there is the good, the bad and the ugly. The Good – These are probably the most comfortable pants you will ever wear. The material is light and soft. They look very good as well I wear with Polo shirts and T shirts. THE BAD – While I love draw stings I don’t love these drawstrings. What they do is take a length of string and bring the ends together in the back of the pants and “sew the ends down”. The problem is sometimes they don’t get them sewed down very good at all. Some will come loose in the back and when it does it is almost impossible to get the string threaded back through the waist band. THE UGLY – While these are the most comfortable pants you will ever wear they are not durable. Granted the will NOT ball up but if you have to do anything where you are actually working they will wear, snag easily. These pants are very delicate and as long as you are doing no work they will be fine as long as the drawstrings stay sewed.

Very good pants, fit well

I bought these for my dad. Fit was good, though a little long and he is tall so may need to have them taken up. Not very thick so better weight for Spring and Autumn weather.

These pants are invaluable when you’re trying to golf in early spring and late fall. The drawstring ensures a snug fit. If you’re on a golf trip, pack them for inclement weather and/or going out to a restaurant. Look great, versatile and comfortable.
