Nice System!
Took an afternoon to put together but was easy to do. The hubby and I are wanting something to help us do some strength training, because we are not getting any younger. Everything moves smoothly, very quiet and does not take up a whole lot of space compared to others that we looked at. Decent gym!!

Worth It, But Heed The Advice
Good price, instructions are not as complicated as it seems. Best advice is to be careful with the pulley system. The short chain, I had to skip a few links to add some tension. It’s loose enough with end-to-end links to damage the line. Found out the hard way in testing it out. Adding enough tension without raising weight does help with range of motion, but if you don’t skip links, it will limit your workout. Also comes with exact amount of parts. No extras. Also, instructions suggest that the bolt that holds the arm bars down can rest on the bar it’s mounted to. But you can’t just loosen the handle and swivel it back. The bar is too short and it will lean on the pulley behind it. Unconventional, but manageable.Side note:For some reason, whoever made the instructions cannot spell “parts” for the life of them.

I’m really excited for this new journey!
I’m very happy with this product. It did come with instructions with images as well in writing (some a little confusing).You will need 2 people to put it together for safety purposes.I haven’t come across a good video showing step by step assembly, I think that would be very helpful to have the visual of someone putting it together.I just got it together this morning, and plan on staying a routine this evening.I did test each feature and all seems well.If there are any issues I’ll definitely update.If you are looking into getting a home gym, but not a pricey one, I do recommend this one.You can also try for the monthly payment option… which to me is about the same amount you’d pay for a gym membership, only it’s not being wasted.😉

Wasn’t too difficult to assemble
Back in the day I had a Joe Weider home gym similar to this on. I wish I’d kept it. But I didn’t. This one works fine for me because I’m not a hardcore pumper of iron. Just trying to keep the muscle I have from turning to flab.

Well worth the value
It is well worth the money, seems pretty well built. The instructions were ok but the emphasis lacked on the pulleys/cables. I put it together by myself in a couple hours. I am using it every day and haven’t had any problems. Just make sure when you put the pulley wheels on you don’t over tighten and allow free spin.I wish the backrest was more upright than angles for posture.

Neat!! That is what I was looking for. The price is not bad. The assembling was time consuming for me, but the instructions are clear. I added grease on the arms joints because a bit of noise, it did the trick.

Vraiment très fâché….mon siège la soudure a complètement lâcher….apres même pas une utilisation….du gros n’importe quoi….et impossible de retourner ça….à grosseur que cela a…et j’avais tout jeter les boîtes….bref….vraiment plus que déçu….je vais devoir faire souder et rajouter des plaques pour solidifier, car il y a rien qui supporte le siège, vraiment mal fait
