Nice set of bands.
Seem well made and sturdy. Only time will tell on how well they hold up. I got five years out of the other brand I bougth, before wear started to show. Not waiting to get slapped in the face before I replace them.

The bands are nice and have a bag that can acually hold them. There is also a device that you can use with a closed door for other excercises. The only thing — depending on whicy excercises you do, the bands can dig into hands, so gloves might be a good idea.

Great for chronic fatigue syndrome exercise
These bands are great for adding variety to my workouts at home. The set has a good range of resistance levels, which makes it easy to progress or adjust for different exercises. They feel durable and haven’t snapped or lost tension after several uses. The included door anchor is also a nice touch for extra versatility.I have chronic fatigue syndrome and use them while laying on my bed to stop my muscles from wasting away.
