Good for the price
It’s big but comfortable enough to ride in. If you hitch it up too high then it crowds your neck. More comfortable in cooler conditions but it carries quite a bit. The zippers are secure and I never worry about things falling out while I’m riding. The flaps do whip you if you don’t do something about them. Never used it to put my helmet inside, but I think it could fit if I didn’t have so much other stuff in there. I use it mostly as a gym bag when I ride to the gym and I wear full gear, so… yeah, good for the price.

Good versatile bag/backpack
I see that they’re marketing this bag to a motorcycle rider, I got it because it reminds me of my Northface Base Camp bags.This backpack/duffel leans a bit more to the backpack side than the Base Camps do. The backpack straps are permanently attached on one side and tuck away rather than remove entirely.The exterior material is mostly waterproof but the bag construction as a whole isn’t, which must be why they call it splashproof.A couple things to note: the interior clear bag doesn’t have a waterproof zipper. It can probably contain a busted lotion bottle but not water if it is tipped over. The listing says it has a hard bottom, it does not. All of the exterior panels have a foam panel sewn in between the layers. It’s like a laptop bag on steroids. Speaking of laptops, there’s a sleeve inside for one, but it only has a velcro retaining strap on one end and relies on the liner that separates the two compartments to catch the bottom. So, if you had a laptop in and you opened the bottom while wearing it the laptop would slide into the dividing liner. It wouldn’t drop to the ground, just slide out of the sleeve. If you open the bottom while it’s upside down, you’re ok.The exterior is shinier than I imagined. Not alot, but I prefer a muted look.At $45 this bag is on the budget friendlier side of things, so I don’t want to give a harsh rating for not being everything I ever dreamed of. It looks like a good gym/carryon bag to me. If I ever get a motorcycle, I’d give it a shot there, too.
