Why is there no water in the tank after turning it on?
As test results, after l hour of startup, the water produced by dehumidification will gradually drip into the water tank. Because when it starts running, the dehumidification parts inside the machine need time to condense.
Why is the dehumidification effect not good?
Please keep the window & door closed when it’s running. The air inlets on the left and outlets on the right sides might be blocked, please ensure that they are unobstructed.
Why does the dehumidifier suddenly stop working?
BeOkay dehumidifier featrures an auto stop function. If the dehumidifier is used in an unsuitable environment (e.g., excessive humidity), it may activate its auto stop protection and stop operating. In such cases, please check the dehumidifier’s condition: ensure the power cable is connected correctly, the control unit and water tank are properly assembled, and the machine is not tilted. Then turn it on again for use.

Works well!
Based on reviews for this and similar products, I expected that it would not perform excellently, but still purchased due to the price. This product has far-exceeded those expectations, and has proven to be a very effective dehumidifier.This dehumidifier is compact, pretty quiet, and works great! In my apartment, the water tank fills up ~1 time/week (it’s a lot of water when you think about it), and the auto-shut off seems to work. The RGB lights, while not particularly useful, are a nice touch, and could be used for a nightlight.

Seems to be working magic. I take long and hot showers and i see it grabbing moisture. It doent do it amazingly fast, i dont expect it too but when it works you can see the results.Bit disapointed that the bottom tank just sits under the component. Theres no latch or lockbolt to hold both pieces together. So where ever you decide to place this, be aware that if you lift it, its two seperate pieces.Its not loud by anymeans but their is a white noise. Its gets louder if you change the perfomance speed. Looks good. Size is great. RGB color choice makes it fun. Easy to dump and use.The cord system is awkwardly placed. Your location needs to be more thought out. As the air intake is on 1 side and the outtake is on the other. So it can really effecticly be placed face fronting only which makes its cord location a bit awkward, otherwise its great.

Great little machine with maximum power
This tiny little thing is a beast! My 12 x 14 greenhouse had developed a rain forest atmosphere making it uncomfortable at best and down right icky at worst. Within an hour all condensation on the walls and ceiling was gone. No more runs and even better, no more drips!

Absolutely the best item to invest into for a small space like a bathroom!This humidifier is small, but efficient, and definitely has paid itself off.I like it’s different functions, like its speeds, the variety of light colors, and the automatic shut off when it collects too much water.Over does a great job as a dehumidifier, I would recommend it and I’ve had it at least 3 months before I wrote the review!

GREAT Dehumidifier
I purchased this as a replacement for my bathroom dehumidifier. This is a smaller unit, but works better than the larger one. It fits easily on the counter and I use it as a nightlight as well. The only thing that I don’t love is pouring the water out. You have to take the entire top off of the machine to do this and it’s awkward. Overall, I would recommend it.

Worth the price
I’ve been using the BeOkay 1800ML dehumidifier in my bedroom and bathroom, and I’m honestly impressed with how well it works for its size. It’s very quiet, so it doesn’t disturb my sleep, and I love the adjustable color lights—they’re a nice bonus at night. The water tank is a good size and doesn’t need to be emptied constantly, and the auto shut-off gives peace of mind when it’s full. I noticed a big difference in moisture and musty smells within the first couple of days. It’s compact, easy to move, and perfect for smaller spaces. Definitely worth the purchase!

Capacity Looks Smaller than 1800ml / 63oz
I bought this small dehumidifier from Beokay-inc and fulfilled by Amazon for about $39.The top portion is heavier since that is where the motorized suction and ventilation is. You stack that ontop of the clear acrylic water basin.The capacity is listed at 1800ml or approximately 63oz. The clear acrylic water catcher portion of the device looks to be about half that capacity, (maybe 32oz?). I haven’t tested the capacity scientifically yet so I can’t say for certainty what the capacity is.The dehumidifier has a small footprint. Noise level is not at issue for me. The device at “performance” level, (the highest), will trickle in water slowly. Maybe after running all day, you might get 1/8 of an inch of water.Since water is accumulating in the top portion and slowly drips down below, you may get some condensation on the upper portion. When you empty out the water there is a warning sticker that says do not turn the motorized upper portion upside down. Water and condensation on the bottom could flow back into the device. The electronic circuitry could get wet and damage the device.The upper portion sits ontop of the clear acrylic water catch basin. There is nothing to latch the top and the bottom pieces together. As such, if you bump into the dehumidifier or table that it sits on, the top heavy portion can easily fall off or tip the entire thing over, spilling water all over. As a precautionary measure I wrapped a thin blue painters tape around the seams where the 2 pieces connect. It does keep things sturdy and easily peels off when I empty out the water. It is a pain in the butt to have to wrap and unwrap the tape each time. Because of the design flaw, I deducted 2 stars. I’m sure I can find another brand that doesn’t have this issue. There are plenty of models with pull out draws so emptying out water is easier.I will continue to test and update my review.After awhile, it stopped working so I returned it.

Did not work, had it running for 6 hours in my kitchen to test it while cooking and only the coils had a miniscule amount of damp on them and collected no water in the tray…..
