Can’t beat the fit and quality
Perfect fit, perfect level of compression and high quality material. I did buy another pair and highly recommend.

Great value for a quality product
First off, these are compression clothes, if you aren’t reasonably fit for your height, BMI, then you may have a tough time getting into & out of them, especially the shirt. Consider a larger size. Overall the quality & fit is excellent. I was a little concerned that at the price point that they would not offer the compression that I was after, but that concern was unfounded. The cut, seams and fit are excellent with no binding, chafing or creeping after extended wear & vigorous activity. The shirt has a grip coating inside the bottom hem. It will stay in place on your skin or probably some other material but it doesn’t grip well to the matching bottoms. Not a problem as it will end up at your belt line and stay there. The shirt is cut long, around 4”-6” below your belt line. The breathability is exceptional, any better and you’ve have to run naked. Actually these are better than naked because they evaporate the sweat instead of it pouring off your body. If you are running or working out in front of a fan, you can feel the air against your bare skin. I’ve run several 5K’s in typical Florida heat, in both the shorts, & full length pants and of course the shirt. I opt for the long pants as they provide support for my calves and they are actually cooler due to the improved sweat evaporation than just the shorts. I’m considering going with the long sleeve shirt for the same reason.Running solitary, I wouldn’t worry too much about modesty, the bottoms do a good job keeping everything in place and smoothed. If you run an event or work out around other people, then you might want to wear some running shorts. Be sure to find the lightest, thinest, no liner, side cut shorts that you can, anything worn over (or under) will feel hot. Same if you decide to wear something over the shirt. My first time out, I wore a t-shirt which was a mistake. I won’t wear anything but the CompressionZ layer unless I need the shorts for modesty.I didn’t know quite what to expect in the way of performance but afterwards it was immediately apparent. Since I mainly wear these while running, keeping your muscles supported & keeping them from jarring/moving/flopping when they relax while your feet pound the pavement makes a tremendous difference in recovery afterwards. This was most evident in my calves. With my calve muscles slamming with each step, they’d ache for days afterwards. Keeping them supported prevents that pain and I can easily run consecutive days. The same is true for your pects, oblique back muscles, glutes etc.Overall, I’m very pleased wth the product, a few more color selections would be really nice. Since I work out every day, I reordered several more sets to get me between washings. A great value in compression wear.

Really good for recovery.
An excellent choice for use in recovery. I limped into the bedroom to put them on and walked out normally with no pain.Construction quality is as nice as, or nicer than, others in its price class. Fabric was good, though it could have used a little more spandex/elastane for ease of putting on. Fit, as described by the accompanying sizing chart was about right, though when I tried to stretch the waist against a tape measure, it wasn’t quite as large as the nominal size. So, the waist was a little tighter than I expected. Expect it will relax over time and be about right. For this reason, as well as the fact the crotch area is a little small, requiring more frequent “adjustments” than I would like, I gave 4 stars rather than 5. Call this a 4.5 star review.Update: Amazon asked me for seller feedback, and I wrote this, which might be of interest here in the product review as well: “Best kind of seller. Followed up with email to ensure I was satisfied and to send use and care info. Sizing was prominent on the page and mostly accurate, though fabric content should have been easier to obtain than sorting through answered questions.”Update: Have now worn them several times. In the process, I found that, here in Central Texas, where there is lots of humidity this time of year, that these pants are very good about keeping my legs cool and dry.

GREAT PRODUCT! GREAT PRICE
I have been exercising more and more since I have retired. I want functional athletic wear that fits well, looks well and doesn’t break the bank. These compression Z products are quite affordable yet they do not skimp on quality. I have several different colors and styles; including long legged and capris. It’s time that men can wear these comfortable colorful exercise clothes and be stylish while supported and working up a sweat!

So close
So I’m not in the greatest shape right now but at a muscular 6’1″ and 235 I’m not obese and work out regularly. I got the XL mostly for my thighs and calves. The compression is nice on the legs, the legs were pretty long and got a few inches of bunch at the ankle. But my biggest issue is the pants just constantly move down. On my morning walk I had to pull them back up every few minutes. I know I’ve got big legs and butt but was hoping these would stay up. I’m going to give them another wear or 2 to see if it stops. If not, I’ll be returning and trying another brand

I bought 2 different brands of tights, I liked these enough to buy a second pair. They seem to be of good quality so far.

I’m 5’7″, 175 lbs. Waist 34. The chart suggest L but I brought a M. The waist fits perfectly snug. Inseam length is the same for M and L. I brought a M because I’m exercising to get back to 150 lbs and a 31″ waist.I just got it today so I haven’t exercise with it yet but the overall fit is snug, not tightly compressed. I’ll be wearing a knee compressor over it. I’ll also be wearing it by itself as my top is long enough to cover the men’s private parts which is bulging and visible. I suggest a 3″ side cut unrestricting runner’s short for those who might feel uncomfortable wearing the CompressionZ solo.

Some posts say they are too tight but they are compression leggings. I’m 6ft with 35-36″ waist and they fit me perfectly. They are tight but that to me aids performance when running/jogging. They look great on, the quality is great and the fabric is quality, not like some cheap, thin ones that you can buy. I would definitely buy these again.
