Look at the Size Chart carefully. Measure yourself before buying.
Look over the Size Chart carefully. If you buy the proper size, it will require minimal effort to put it on. I normally wear a Large size shirt. However, the Size Chart showed the smallest size for my measurements would be a 2XL (XXL). I knew from other brands that this would be correct. The purpose of this shirt is to fit tight and compress. If you buy the proper size, you will see and feel the compression without straining to put it on. The stitching is good and it’s longer than other compression shirts. it compresses the chest and the abdomen. I like it.

I gave it a 4 star because it does not flatten the stomach as advertised. However, the product fits well, qualty is good, I ordered Large according to the size chart but I think Medium would have fit me tighter. I am 5’7¨ and weight 180#.

Buy at least 1 size smaller than you wear
Worked on for me. Maybe reduced my waist size 2″, maybe.I’m a 2xl, my first purchase was a 2xl, didn’t compress me at all. Next I got the XL. That’s what I’m reviewing.It was very tight going on but didn’t feel bad once I smoothed it out. In hindsight a L might have worked better but I didn’t want to chance it not fitting.Seems very well made. I don’t like that the lines in it show through my shirt. I had to wear a T-shirt over it in addition to my dress shirt.My conclusion is to buy 1 to 2 sizes below what you normally wear.

Very hard to get in and out of, mild slimming results.
I may or may not upload a photo comparison later. I bought a size Medium as I usually wear a L size shirt and wanted to slim down to looking more like a Medium. I am 5’10” and about 200lbs, with a medium gut and mild gynecomastia. It was extremely difficult to get into the shirt. Perhaps if I had bought an L it would be easier to get in/out, but then the slimming effect would be lessened. As is, the slimming effect returned mild results. I have a semi athletic body and it did make me look slightly more athletic. The shirt addressed the gynecomastia slightly better than gut reduction, but didn’t pancake by any measure, which is what I hoping for. One major pro is that it will keep any jiggle locked down quite well, if that is what you are going for. But at the end of the day, it is quite unconfortable to wear, it’s itchy, tight, and hot, especially in the middle of summer.

Solid support and coverage
Suffer from enlarged nipples, so anything that can help minimize their appearance is welcomed. With a 52″ chest, I initially ordered a 2XL based on the provided sizing chart. While it fit fine and did a great job concealing the nipple area, I didn’t feel it provided the midsection support I was wanting. I returned the 2XL and then ordered both a L and XL. Both are a little tricky to get on/off, especially if you’ve been sweating. I’ve found that wearing a light compression muscle shirt or tank underneath greatly helps in this regard. I can wear the L size even with a 52″ chest. The only complaint I have is occasional nipple irritation from the fabric, but that’s likely more due to my condition than any fault of the shirt. Assume individuals with smaller or average size ones wouldn’t experience this same issue. Highly recommend this compression tank. I’d probably use their sizing chart to order initially, but you may find you can downsize depending on your comfort level and body type, as I did.
