Arm hoop is good, But,AMAZON SUCKS at shipping
4 stars only because of Amazon issues, not because of seller or item. Item deserves 5 stars. Amazon deserves 1 stars.I placed an order for 2 on January 29th. Received 1 on February 1st. However, the second still sits saying, “Delayed, not yet shipped.” It is now February 13th. I was on contact with Amazon on Monday the 9th, which they informed me my order was sent to a different where house and basically got stuck in a queue. They sent an process immediately message for my order and assured me it would be shipped by 48 hours. It’s Friday now and still says delayed, not yet shipped. The item is still in stock and I can order now and it will arrive on Monday. I have a friend that aslo order the same day and canceled her order Monday.Amazon needs to get there act together!!***The one I did receive is great though, works well, easily to make it spin smoothly, not load or cranky sounding either. I am impressed by its quality, especially for it’s significantly lower price than the name brand.***Maybe seller needs to get into Amazon, before they blow more customers(I did try to email seller but Amazon wouldn’t send to the seller as it’s Amazon’s responsibility to ship it as the items are already in Amazon warehouses.

Fast and easy arm and shoulder rehab.
After tearing a bicep tendon out of my shoulder complex I struggled to rehab my dominate arm. This product was almost immediately effective providing strengthening and flexibility within two weeks at just a few minutes a day. My discomfort and pain is over and I’m back to playing disc golf with my friends.You can’t beat the price, value, and compact design.
