These are long strips rather than closed loop bands. I use them for functional strength training and stretching exercises. Basically they’re easy to use as I just grab each end (or stand on one end) and use them.They stretch well and tensions are suitable for my useage. The heaviest demand a fair bit of effort, the lightest not a lot and the middle tension is, stunningly, in the middle of the effort range. So you’ve got choices of what tension to use on which muscles and lots of easier reps or fewer reps requiring more effort.I’m pleased with them
