Breaking Vs Working load! 1250 lb “working” at 4:1 SF
Maximum working load is 1/4 breaking strength. These work for me in choking logs and pulling them with 45 HP tractor. But please read details as to “working load” vs Breaking Load. Good price for 6!

So useful
While these could be used as tree savers to connect your winch cable, I use them to move sawn log pieces from the trail I need to travel on. I hook them to the trailer hitch hook on my truck and easily move the logs off the trail. The last one I used it on was a 24 inch diameter red oak log, which is very heavy. No problem.

I bought these to pick up the columns of a lift I bought. Worked incredibly well. What really surprised me was when I looped one of these around a 10 foot section of a tree that fell and drug it. I could not believe that these did not fail. what a value.
