I’m wearing a medium, I’m 5’6 140lbs, 32B and I do strength training. It is buttery soft for sure while also not being flimsy or transparent, it’s squat proof and I just love how it feels on. Although…. the fit for me looks much different than the others have posted – I guess I gave a longer torso. I want the shorts band to come up higher on my waist. I thought if I tried the large I’d get more length in the shorts but Nope the medium and large shorts are the same size. I put them up against eachother to measure difference and there isn’t any!! Yes the tops in medium and large have a difference – but the large top fits me too big. So my suggestion is if you go with the medium and the top fits you perfect but you’re feeling like you want more length/space on the shorts just stick with the medium then!!! The shorts in the large size have absolutely no difference to the medium size- I will post the pics of the medium up against the large size so you can see. Look at the pic of the tops (medium up against the large) the only difference is the top in large size will give you more room “width wise” but NOT length wise
