I’m 6”2 – 185 LBS and I purchased a size Medium. The length fits perfect for me although the hem around the arm was a bit too tight. I did cut the bottom of the armpit fits much better for me.

great shirts, the colors are off
The fit is great (XL) and material is a thick high end quality unlike so many of these types of shirts. The navy blue is almost black and and nothing like the blue they show on the listing. The green, and gray are off too. The gray is a taupe and the green is darker too. So if you’re ok with that you’ll really like these.

Awesome Fabric – Soft, Quality Thickness but not Hot, Colors not fading, Sweat absorbent. And at 6’4” they are long enough.I loved these colored shirts so much I came back and bought the 3 pack white as well to match whatever workout short I wear.
