If you sweat very little like me despite fitness efforts this is the outfit for you.If you wanna release toxins without having to join a gym, taking the extra time to get dressed, head to the gym, etc. this is the outfit for you.What this outfit isn’t, capable of handling misuse or improper use. For instance, if you are wearing the pants and they’re rubbing in the thigh area or anywhere else you’re gonna break down the material faster than normal.Even though this suit came with no instructions for care it’s easy to figure out for me. For others who may not have experience with this material and cleaning id like to make some suggestions.After a workout or use of any type turn the suit inside out. Having a hose either in the kitchen sink or shower is helpful. Spray the suit with clear water. Use a spray bottle with white vinegar and water will freshen the suit. If you add Bali soda to the arm pits and crock then spray with vinegar you’ll see some foaming. This can clear the funk super gently.If you’d like, dawn mixed with water spray. Then, rinse until suds are gone can work, too.If you prefer liquid laundry soap make sure to water it down. Why? Similar to putting in the washer. Plus, it’s more difficult to remove soap that hasn’t been watered down. It’ll clean just fine mixed in water.Why do this as soon as you’re finished working out EACH time? Funk. If you don’t get the sweaty nasty juices off the gear it’ll be more difficult when it’s had an opportunity to dry and begin to mildew.I do not advise using a washer or dryer. The suit will maintain its quality with gentle considerate care for the duration.Size consideration, Imma small, but bought a medium. Why? This suit doesn’t stretch. The pants are long enough which is awesome since I have long lady legs with a 34 inch I seem.For larger framed people highly recommend a size or two larger. This will give you the chance to move in the suit that has no give. It’s basically a quality plastic. No material movement at all.The opening for my head is snug. Normally I can fit my head through an opening with my small frame glasses on. These I can’t.For my 5’ 91/2” 140 lb fit frame a medium works perfect. Perfect looseness without giving me an oversized suit appearance.I’m excited to sweat toxins out. Not using to lose weight. If someone wants to use this for weight loss consider losing water isn’t losing those pesky cells that add pounds. This would benefit with increasing metabolism during a workout and toxins melting which can assist with weight management for certain.Recommend and super happy with the products appearance, quality, price, size, brand, and ability to make it hot in here so I take off all those toxins 😁

Uodate**** I have bought 5 of these suits THEY ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE… I WENT FROM A 9XL WHICH FIT LIKE A 5XL DOWN TO A 7XL BUT THEY FIT LIKE A 2X SO I BOUGHT 9X AGAIN AND THEY ARE NOW TIGHTER THEN THE 7X SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE MANUFACTURER THEY HAVE CHANGED THE CUT OF THE PANTS THE TOP IS FINE BUT ALSO THE PANTS STILL DONT LAST AT ALL…They got a 5 star because the suit is a great way to excersie dropped over 30lbs since February. Diet and proper excersie is key. I gave them 5 stars because the company is very honest and the suit for my purposes kept ripping three days after buying in the Crotch area . I ride bikes and the suit first off runs smaller then your size in pants the top is okay and it’s true to size but u can’t mix and match so go two up but for cycling it’s too much motion and the crotch rips. The company had a larger size but didn’t get it in. I explained to them my situation and decided to take two pants and expand the center area for less friction and ripping. They sent me a new pair free months after cause they couldn’t get the bigger size. My idea worked I opened up the legs on both sides and using the old pair added three inches in between the legs. I appreciate them honoring their word and sending the new pair. You will sweat no matter what and it does work

It’s a decent suit, but has some cons
I am a female US size 14. The 2XL suit fit me. It wasn’t too tight, but not excessively loose. This suit has lasted me 6 months but I just had to toss it.It’s a decent suit. You will definitely lose water weight wearing this suit! Tip: Use baby oil on the areas you want to target. It will increase your sweat level. Don’t go overkill!Some months back, I noticed there was a small hole developing in the under arm pit area of the hoodie. I don’t do extremely active exercises, and I’m pretty careful with the suit because I worry it will tear, so I’m not sure how that occured. I sewed it with some thick thread to repair it and it worked.When you use this suit, simply rinsing it off with lukewarm water after each use doesn’t necessarily do the trick for long. Your suit will start smelling sweaty just like a locker room. Initially, I would rinse it the bathtub and then hang it in the shower to dry. After about a month’s use, my spouse started complaining of the locker room smell in the bathroom. So, I started using sensitive skin laundry detergent (ALL Free & Clear) to soak the suit in the tub. The smell subdued tremendously. Unfortunately, I think over time I let it soak too long, because I noticed small abrasions or very tiny rips in the pants. They had to be thrown out. I ride a bike with the suit on, so the pants got the most mileage. Naturally, over time, the pants were going to have wear and tear, but I think letting them soak for as long as I did definitely didn’t help! It would be nice if there were some formula available to address cleaning the suit after each use.Overall, I would recommend this suit. But, be aware, this is not an investment that will last long and it requires upkeep.
